Dr. Moore- Davis received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University in New Orleans, her master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A& M University in College Station, Texas. She earned her doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia.  Her leadership interests include transformational leadership; equity and inclusion; mentorship, and organizational change and development.  She has more than 20 years of higher education experience teaching and in cross-functional administrative roles within Community Colleges.

She currently holds the position of Campus President and Chief Academic Office of St. Louis Community College: Meramec. Previously she was Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Tallahassee Community College in Florida. She began her academic career as professor of Psychology and also served as department chair. Prior to Tallahassee, she joined Lone Star College-CyFair in 2003, when it opened as a newly built campus in Northwest Houston. She served successfully as Dean and later promoted to Vice President for Instruction at Lone Star College-CyFair with enrollments of 20,000+ students.

With a clear commitment to student success, she has transformed the student experience via innovative teaching and learning experiences, academic support and created new programs and initiatives that increased enrollment, student success and completion.  Additionally, during her career she has empowered faculty, staff and students to pursue excellence. She currently serves on the American Association of Community College Commission on Institutional Infrastructure and Transformation, as well as the American Council of Education Women’s Network. She has two amazing daughters currently attending College in Texas.
