Laura Rosenbaum is a seasoned financial services professional with deep expertise in strategy, marketing, and distribution systems across national, regional, and community financial institutions. Her work spans retail banking, investments, insurance, product development, and nonprofit engagement—always with a focus on measurable outcomes.

At National City Bank (now PNC), she built out the retail investments business and expanded the advertising department into a full-service marketing division. She later led marketing and sales development initiatives at WaMu (now JPMC), CIT (now First Citizens), and Luther Burbank Savings (now WaFd), emphasizing customer retention, acquisition, and brand visibility. At First Interstate/Wells Fargo, JNLI Annuity Distributors, and AIG Advisor Group, Laura contributed to product launches, advisor business development, and improved acquisition programs. As founder of her own firm, Thought to Action, she helped clients turn strategy into implementation with measurable results.

Laura’s approach is grounded in experience and proven methods that have helped her succeed even when tackling challenges beyond financial services.

A Cleveland native, she has also lived and worked in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Seattle—bringing a broad market perspective to her work. At Dorsey & Company, she leads or supports key engagements in financial services and the nonprofit sector.

Laura is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds a Master of Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
